(Junior) Account Executive - SaaS Enterprise Solutions (market: Romandy)

Sherpany is looking for a high-performing, results-oriented Account Executive to help us to meet our revenue growth targets. The successful candidate will be diligent and have a proven track record in sales.
Your responsibilities in a nutshell:
- From cold calling to contract signing: you convince and win enterprise companies in Switzerland (Romandie) for our cloud-based meeting management solution
- You present our vision to decision makers in different industries and convince them of our solution
- You successfully match prospects’ needs with our offerings, develop proposals and articulate Sherpany’s USP
- You work closely with the team to improve the sales cycle, including optimizing lead generation, pipeline creation and conversion rate
- You are the first point of contact, providing quick and accurate responses to inquiries via phone, email, our website, and third-party partners
Your profile:
- You have sales experience in B2B, preferably worked prior in a Sales Development Representative role
- You can generate your own leads, drive the sales process and convert the leads into deals
- You are strong in networking and have a talent to communicate, present and influence effectively on all levels
- You work in a self-organizing manner and are good at setting goals and persistently pursuing them
- You enjoy finding new ways to overcome challenges
- You speak French at native level and have very good English skills
