Junior Copywriter

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Copywriter. The ideal candidate will have a passion for writing, a strong command of the English language, and the ability to generate compelling copy that resonates with our target audience and can flex based on platform or delivery mechanism. 

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content across various channels, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, email campaigns, and advertisements. 
  • Write clear, concise, and grammatically correct copy that aligns with brand voice and guidelines. 
  • Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to ensure accuracy and relevance in written content. 
  • Edit and proofread copy to ensure high-quality standards and adherence to brand messaging. 
  • Assist in developing creative concepts and brainstorming sessions for content marketing initiatives. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in copywriting and content marketing. 

What you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field. 
  • Ability to craft pithy, persuasive, engaging, and on-brand copy for various marketing materials across many channels or mediums. 
  • Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar, spelling, and style. 
  • Strong attention to detail and proofreading / copy editing skills. 
  • Creativity and curiosity, and the ability to think critically and strategically. 
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and relationship skills to work effectively within a team. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, work autonomously, stay connected to the team and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and content management systems (CMS). 
  • A firm understanding of SEO principles and how to apply them to increase organic search traffic.
