LOCATION: Remote 

DEPARTMENT: Marketing

REPORTS TO: Director of Channel Marketing

PERCENTAGE OF TRAVEL: Up to 20%

POSITION SUMMARY: 

The Field Marketing Manager role at Broadvoice is focused on creating and implementing marketing content, programs, campaigns, communications that will assist in driving partner mindshare and customer lead generation and sales. You will develop and report on marketing plans around the Partner Lifecycle and create end-user campaigns to assist partners in demand generation. You will work with internal stakeholders to drive partner enablement. The ideal candidate understands a TSB/selling agent eco system and has field experience in areas of product marketing, content, processes, practices, and tools within Channel Marketing.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY: 

  • Develop and execute Field Marketing campaigns around partner segmentation and partner lifecycle initiatives including project planning, content creation, partner outreach/nurture and report tracking.
  • Help create a clear, compelling, concise, and differentiated messaging for Broadvoice partners and develop marketing assets for partner community such as videos, feature briefs, blogs, infographics, and other collateral and content to support product stack, releases, and new product launches.
  • Assist Events Coordinator with pre & post-event strategies and reporting.
  • Utilize SFDC and other email marketing tools for the creation of email templates, reports and other tools for sales to use and provide regular training.
  • Track, measure, and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and report results. Recommend future programs based on results.
  • Develop and create marketing plans with identified partners in an assigned region that align to business goals.
  • Review Partner co-marketing requests as well and plan and execute these initiatives with partners.
  • Create demand generation programs for Channel Managers, Strategic Sellers and Partners.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM: 

  • Minimum 3-5 years software/technology Field Marketing, Product Marketing, and/or Channel Marketing experience.
  • Experience with content creation.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills (both verbal & written).
  • Detail oriented, creative and ability to be productive with minimal supervision or guidance.
  • Strategic thinking skills with ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce & Reporting.
  • Hubspot knowledge a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree, emphasis in marketing preferred.
