ABOUT THE FOUNDERS

  • Davide Delgrossi, Founder and CEO, ex Google, CEMS and Rotterdam School of Management Alumnus
  • Diego Beccarelli, Co-Founder and COO, ex Meta (Facebook) and Roland Berger, CEMS and London School of Economics Alumnus.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  1. Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes efficiently and accurately.
  2. Prepare customized invoices when the customer is requesting it
  3. Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and regulations.
  4. Accounting/Reconciliation on the brand finance tracking file
  5. Proficient in utilizing financial platforms such as Stripe and PayPal for payment processing.
  6. Payment process monitoring for customers
  7. Support the Finance management processes, calculations, and reports
  8. Zapier set up for new brands. Must be connected before the first sale is made
  9. Create monthly reports from the Kajabi platform
  10. Data entry.
  11. Upload all Kajabi expenses for Welearn
  12. FB ads Monthly check (export ads info and allocate to each brand)
  13. Stripe fees (check each brand account and note the related fees)
  14. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  15. Expense check - check if what is reported for the brand is the same amount as the receipt + request missing/store it in the drive
  16. Utilise Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for financial reporting.
  17. Salesforce brand account creation
  18. Stripe/Salesforce brands webhooks connection
  19. Advanced Google Sheet and GSuite proficiency
  20. Fix and improve internal spreadsheets 

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Degree in Finance or Business Administration
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Ability to work full-time and start ASAP.
  • Startup or international experience 
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Positive, proactive approach and problem-solving attitude.
