The key responsibilities
- Financial control for our Swiss legal entity, including analysis and reporting of company performance
- Review of partner relationships and payment processing fees
- Model the financial impact of new features and product changes
- Accounts receivable and payable management
- Ensure timely and accurate payout process to our customers in collaboration with risk and customer support
- Liaising with TrekkSoft Group finance team and Group CFO
Requirements
What you need to bring with you
- Experience in Accounting and Finance (2-3 years)
- Highly proactive attitude to spot issues and opportunities
- Preferably an understanding of SaaS business models and Marketplaces
- Preferably experience in fintech / financial and payments
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English. German is a plus
- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to collect, track, and analyze data
- Enthusiastic, innovative, self-motivated, and committed to continuous improvement
- Ability to work independently, but yet able to work in a small team environment
- EU citizenship or EU work permit
