Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Junior Full Stack Developer to join our team to provide application development and maintenance for our Federal government customer. This is a 100% Remote Opportunity.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Help collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Help sustain existing custom-built SharePoint applications by investigating and debugging issues and making updates based on user feedback.
- Help to provide accurate estimates on development effort and timelines for new features and functionality requirements.
- Collaboratively work as part of an agile team with participation in regular, recurring Scrum events (e.g., Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective).
- Work with SharePoint sites, lists, columns, list views, list columns, document libraries, content types, and user permissions.
- Participate in development review sessions by thoroughly testing applications and providing insightful feedback to your peers.
- Adhere to product build and release schedules and strategies.
- Participate in demoing application development progress while highlighting additional value to key stakeholders by evolving their existing processes.
- Collaborate with other members of the development team and program team to deliver solutions that surpass client expectations.
- Create comprehensive solution documentation, including technical and user guides, system diagrams, configuration details, and integration strategies.
- Learn new technologies, build awareness of industry standards, best practices, and trends.
- Develop and update project related process documents, artifacts, and training materials.
- Track work using a ticketing/issue management system (i.e., Jira).
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field OR successful completion of a reputable web development bootcamp certification.
- Portfolio of web development projects.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and a modern JavaScript Framework.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years full stack development experience
- 1+ years SharePoint experience creating sites, contents types, list, columns, etc.
- Basic understanding of Power Automate automation and concepts including triggers, actions, conditions, and controls.
- Experience working as part of a Scrum (or other agile framework).
Security Clearance Requirements:
- Candidates must be US citizens to be eligible for employment
- Must be able to obtain a security clearance with the US Government
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
- The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
The projected compensation range for this position is $66,800-$111,400. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
