As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will be instrumental in maintaining and evolving our brand identity. Through your meticulous attention to detail, you will ensure that our visual assets consistently align with our brand guidelines, reinforcing our company's unique voice and personality. 

You will help streamline our design workflow, enabling us to deliver high-quality products efficiently. Your ability to adapt and learn new tools and techniques will contribute to the scalability of our design processes.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with the senior visual designer to conceptualize and execute visually stunning designs that align with project goals and brand guidelines.
  • Creating illustrations, icons, and other visual assets to enhance our different communication channels and overall user experience.
  • Developing animations and motion graphics to bring interactive elements to life and add dynamic visual appeal to our brand and software product.
  • Assisting in the creation and maintenance of design resources, such as templates, style guides, and asset libraries, to support consistent and efficient design workflows.
  • Maintaining brand consistency across all visual assets, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, typography standards, color palettes, and visual identity.
  • Continuously learning and expanding skill sets, exploring new design tools, software, and techniques to enhance productivity and creativity, conducting research, and staying up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design techniques.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, InDesign, After Effects) and a solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition. Experience in utilizing design tools and platforms like Figma for collaborative design work and prototyping.
  • 2 years of experience and a well-curated Portfolio that showcases a variety of design projects and demonstrates creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Experience in creating illustrations, icons, and animations using relevant design tools.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or other industry-standard video editing tools
  • Ability to receive feedback constructively and incorporate it into design iterations.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality in design deliverables.
  • Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain brand consistency across different design assets.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new design tools, techniques, and software as needed and proactive in staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for graphic design, animation, visual storytelling, and passion for creating visually compelling and user-centric designs.
