Are you passionate about data, driving business growth, building targeted marketing campaigns, and controlling the systems used to support marketing efforts? We are looking for a Junior Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team who is looking to grow in these areas. 

In this role, you can develop, implement, optimize, and maintain our marketing tools ecosystems. This role will allow you hands-on experience with marketing systems, campaign creation and executions, data and analytics, and system maintenance. You will be working with a cross-functional team and have an opportunity to build your career.

Salary Expectations: $65,000-85,000 USD + stock options

A Typical Day May Look Like:

  • Collaborating with Marketing and Sales teams for campaign execution in Marketo/Hubspot.
  • Managing end-to-end process for email campaigns and nurture programs.
  • Leading list management and segmentation for improved audience relevance.
  • Execution of comprehensive campaign reporting for optimization and performance insights.
  • Assisting in developing tech stack strategies for process efficiency in lead management and handoff.
  • Ensuring data integrity across systems, troubleshooting issues, and managing lead lifecycle.
  • Maintain system documentation and policies.
  • Overseeing the seamless transition of leads from marketing to sales teams, ensuring timely and accurate handoffs.
  • Collaborating with both teams to establish and refine lead handoff processes for maximum efficiency.
  • Implementing strategies to enhance communication and alignment between marketing and sales during lead transitions.

You'll Be A Great Fit If You:

  • Have 2+ years of digital marketing experience.
  • Demonstrate an eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in data analysis, reporting, and marketing initiatives.
  • Approach challenges proactively with a self-driven mindset, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in marketing systems and processes.
  • Showcase proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, upholding the quality of work.
  • Thrive in a dynamic business environment, embracing change and staying abreast of marketing trends.
  • Exhibit collaborative communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
  • Are willing to take risks and engage in problem-solving in uncharted territories.
