The Elevar Team is looking for an ambitious and self-driven Junior Product Manager to join our team. You will spend 50% of your time maintaining our technical documentation and 50% of your time assisting with the product release cycle.

Your responsibilities will include…

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including knowledge base articles, blog posts, and technical specifications.
  • Creation of feature overview videos and how-to videos for knowledge base articles
  • Review content discussed in our Daily Sync Calls and pull out insights to share in knowledge base articles and blog posts
  • Join sales and customer success calls as the Technical Product Expert
  • Assist with new feature rollouts, include updating documentation, designing in-app release promotions with Appcues, and QAing staging environments
  • Host customer webinars about new releases or spotlighting existing key features
  • Evaluating new feature suggestions from internal employees (asking clarifying questions to get to the ultimate pain point, mapping out scope & MVP requirements)

  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bonus: Experience with Google Analytics
