PingWind is looking for a Proposal Writer to assist in the creation and refinement of compelling proposals that align with client requirements. This role requires a keen attention to detail, the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and a passion for continuous learning about our evolving products and services. The ideal candidate will be eager to grow their skills within the dynamic environment of PingWind's business development team.

Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in liberal arts (demonstrated writing experience)

Required Experience: 1-2 year’s working experience

Responsibilities

· Assist in drafting, editing, and finalizing proposal sections to ensure alignment with client requirements and company offerings

· Conduct research on client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform proposal content

· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical experts, and management, to gather necessary information for proposals

· Maintain and organize proposal documentation, ensuring version control and adherence to company templates and branding guidelines

· Stay updated on PingWind's products, services, and solutions to effectively communicate them in proposals

· Revise and update proposal drafts based on feedback from senior proposal writers and other stakeholders

· Ensure that proposals adhere to Request for Proposal (RFP) guidelines, specifications, and submission deadlines

· Assist in the development of supporting proposal materials, such as graphics, charts, and appendices

· Participate in proposal review sessions, capturing feedback and making necessary revisions.

· Attend relevant trainings and workshops to enhance proposal writing skills and industry knowledge

· Update and maintain a repository of reusable proposal content, past submissions, and related materials for future reference

Requirements

· Strong ability to write clearly, concisely, and persuasively, tailoring content to various audiences

· Proficiency in conducting research to gather relevant information for proposals and to understand client needs

· Meticulous attention to ensure accuracy and consistency in proposal content, formatting, and compliance with RFP guidelines

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

· Effective interpersonal skills to work closely with cross-functional teams and gather

· Familiarity with proposal software, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and any relevant document management systems

· Ability to understand and interpret RFP requirements and guidelines

Preferred Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Business, or liberal arts field

· Some experience in proposal writing, technical writing, or a related field is beneficial, even if it's through internships or academic projects

· Willingness and ability to quickly learn about new products, services, or processes as the company evolves

· Aptitude for addressing challenges that arise during the proposal development process and finding effective solutions
