Your role

As Junior Recruiter at Kisi, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment of critical roles for Kisi’s continued success: Support, Sales, and Finance. The team is growing from its current 85 colleagues to more than 100, and you will play an instrumental role in this growth. Working closely with two seasoned recruiters, you will have the unique opportunity to learn from their expertise while contributing to the recruitment process. You will maintain the ATS, work with employer branding, and source tech talent across international markets. You will be the 3rd team member (Senior Recruiter, and Recruiting Manager), and have lots of opportunities to impact and shape recruitment at Kisi. 

Your responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for Support, Sales, and Finance roles 
  • Support employer branding initiatives
  • Maintain the ATS and recruitment documentation
  • Source and build tech talent pipelines

Within your first 30 days, you will have:

  • Deep-dived into the Kisi culture, and have a solid understanding of the product and the value we provide to our customers
  • Start driving your first funnel at Kisi 
  • Familiarized yourself with our ATS, processes, recruitment documentation, and best practices 

Within your first 90 days, you will have: 

  • Drive multiple recruitment funnels
  • Familiarized yourself with sourcing best practices, and initiated building a tech talent pipeline

Requirements

Your qualifications

  • You have 1-2 years of prior experience in recruitment 
  • You have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • You have a strong curiosity to learn new things
  • You are organized and task-driven 
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment
