ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working on specific client deliverables, as well as meeting with potential new clients and helping them understand how Fueled would execute their product vision
- Being part of a dynamic team structure led by a product director, helping to support and deliver on our ability to help clients bring their products to life quickly and effectively
- Managing and organizing timelines and estimates for each project, assessing projects from a creative, business, and technological viewpoint throughout the design and development phase
- Overseeing the creation of documentation that allows clients as well as members of Fueled’s design, production, and development teams to understand the product
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Has 5+ years of experience managing and producing digital products, preferably in mobile
- Has been closely involved in the launch of at least two mobile apps
- Demonstrates a mastery of mobile and tech industry trends and best practices, as well as a willingness to learn and articulate the unique Fueled approach
- Is able to effectively collaborate with various teams, providing the most useful guidance in an enthusiastic and inspiring manner
- Possesses a working knowledge of a mobile device’s capabilities to the extent that most client questions can be answered without consulting a developer
- Has an innate ability to synthesize various data, learnings, and research to articulate the most important and actionable insights
- Has strong visual thinking and storytelling abilities, simplifying complex concepts and strategies through design and logic
- Is comfortable and interested in standing in front of a client or a room full of peers to give their opinion or a presentation
INTERVIEW PROCESS
- Kudos for submitting your application, you’ll be hearing from us within the next 48 hours!
- Well done, you scored an interview! We’ll set up with a Zoom link for an initial recorded screening with a member of our Talent team to formally introduce you to Fueled! You’ll have the opportunity to ask any questions you might have. This screening will last approximately 45 minutes to an hour.
- You’ll have an in depth interview with Jessica Wagner (Director of Product), Ryan Matzner (Managing Partner), and Rameet Chawla (our Founder), to gain more insight into your qualifications and experience. The interview will be approximately 1 hour.
- This will be followed by a quick, 30 minute one-on-one Google Meet call with Jessica Wagner, who you will have met in your longer, in depth interview.
