As a Lead Product Manager, Fulfillment, you will collaborate with pharmacy and cross-functional partners to create systems and infrastructure to deliver industry leading pharmacy, manufacturing and fulfillment platforms to support our rapidly expanding supply chain. We provide our patients with a modern patient experience that relies on high quality and scalable processes and platforms. We’re looking for platform innovators who can help transform the way wellness and healthcare are delivered.

You Will:

  • Lead projects through the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative platform driven products 
  • Break down complex projects into discrete phases that deliver value to users and the business incrementally. 
  • Consolidate feedback from growth, operations, medical and technical stakeholders to develop strategies to optimize and scale proprietary systems 
  • Guide and support a team of engineers to help them achieve the right balance between enabling growth and ensuring scalable processes for our stakeholders.. 
  • Help influence short to long-term roadmaps, and drive long-term scalability balancing with day to day improvements across multiple product platforms
  • Maximize efficiency in a fast growing company with a constantly evolving environment

You Have:

  • 6+ years of experience in Product Management
  • 4+ years of experience working directly with building pharmacy, fulfillment and/or manufacturing software
  • Experience in an operations focused technology company with complex systems, and balancing projects across multiple domains with tight interdependencies.
  • A track record of building and shipping products that customers love. You’ve contributed to a complete product/platform or large parts of an offering and are comfortable leading large, complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Strategic and tactical experience designing, building and executing scalable processes from scratch, ideally in an operations intensive environment 
  • Ability to dive deep with engineers to make technical tradeoff decisions and summarize it all for non-technical stakeholders and executives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or relevant years of work experience

Outlined below is a reasonable estimate of H&H’s compensation range for this role for US-based candidates. If you're based outside of the US, your recruiter will be able to provide you with an estimated salary range for your location.

The actual amount will take into account a range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and location. H&H also offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package that may include an equity grant.

An estimate of the current salary range for US-based employees is

$165,000—$200,000 USD
