We’re looking for a Learning & Development Business Partner to help us deliver high-impact learning experiences to support the business in achieving its goals.

About the role 

  • Location: Remote-first (United States; BC & ON, Canada) 
  • Full-time
  • Exempt
  • The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different U.S. geographic markets. The base pay for this role ranges from $107,200 in our lowest geographic market up to $149,800 in our highest geographic market. These figures are in $USD and apply to candidates in the United States. The specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
  • Reporting to the Senior Manager, Learning & Development

As a Learning & Development Business Partner, you’ll … 

  • Research, ideate, develop and implement accessible learning strategies and programs through creative synchronous & asynchronous content and curriculum development
  • Evolve, build, and oversee end-to-end project management for Webflow manager & leadership development programs
  • Strategize creative learning interventions that will have a measurable positive impact on the business
  • Deliver learning in highly consumable ways, making management and leadership development happen in the course of our team members regular work.
  • Collaborate, influence, and partner with partners and stakeholders across the organization to enable individuals and teams to be successful in their roles
  • Build learning assets, for example slide decks, facilitator guides, e-learning content, behavior guides, and more
  • Track and manage metrics through surveys and other assessments for all learning experiences, including: program completion & attendance, participant satisfaction, manager assessment of team member effectiveness, and more. 
  • In partnership with the Learning & Development Team, take on various People Team projects to support OKR work as needed.

About you 

You’ll thrive as a Learning & Development Business Partner if you:

  • Take innovative approaches to learning, providing development opportunities just about any place, any time
  • Have experience researching, ideating, designing and implementing learning programs
  • Have advanced project management skills with proven experience to apply frameworks and influence groups of team members across an organization to collaborate together towards a common goal
  • Management and/or leadership development experience 
  • Possess knowledge of learning & development best practices, the learning landscape within the tech industry, and how learning & development informs a team member’s experience within the employee lifecycle
  • Ground your work in best practices & principles for diversity, equity, & inclusion 
  • Enjoy public speaking & have exceptional facilitation skills
  • Possess excellent, inclusive communication skills across diverse types of people and needs
  • Are seasoned in a variety of People technology platforms, with the ability to understand the best in class approach Webflow has taken in order to optimize the tech stack
  • Have experience working in a technology industry, supporting both tech and business focussed needs\
