As a Learning Experience Designer in Customer Success, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-visibility training content to drive ExtraHop product use and adoption. You will collaborate with technical subject matter experts across Customer Success to source information and design learning materials optimized for comprehension, application, and retention.

Duties

  • Utilize learning theory and instructional design best practices to create engaging self-paced learning materials that educate new and existing users on ExtraHop product functionality
  • Curate instructional content through collaborative relationships with SMEs and independent research using both internal documentation and external resources
  • Write video scripts that are clear, concise, accurate, and actionable
  • Produce high-quality micro-learning training videos including voiceovers, screen captures, graphics, and animations
  • Develop learning assessments such as certification exams, simulations, and practice lab exercises
  • Create, publish, and test courses in learning management system
  • Conduct regular maintenance of learning materials to remain current with product updates

Qualifications & Experience 

  • 2+ years of technical training, instructional design, e-learning, or adult education; experience designing self-paced content for online modality preferred
  • Four-year education degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency with Adobe CC and learning management systems (Skilljar preferred)
  • Knowledge of instructional design best practices, adult learning theories, and course development processes
  • Ability to learn complex concepts with minimal assistance
  • Experience in a high-growth tech company
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Team-focused attitude and experience translating customer needs into deliverables

$69,000- $85,600 + benefits+ options
