Learning Media Designer Sr

As a learning media designer senior, you’ll design and develop media supporting our learning initiatives and communications for employees. Partnering with instructional designers and training consultants, you’ll use content to influence media approach, design, and timelines. Your application of video, design and motion graphics will impact the success of our learning media for employees.

Must-have qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • In lieu of a degree, a minimum of five years of experience in instructional design/development, interface design, video production, graphic design software, e-learning, programming, or related experience

Preferred skills

  • Minimum of three years full-time professional experience in graphic design
  • Mastery of Adobe Illustrator and InDesign
  • Knowledge of Adobe XD
  • Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG Standards)

Compensation

  • $70,000 - $84,000/year
  • Gainshare bonus up to 24% of eligible earnings based on company performance
