Responsibilities
- Drafting and revising contracts, policies, and other legal documents;
- Research and consult us on legal structures, taxes, registering entities, and other legal issues in different jurisdictions (such as the EU, UK);
- Make sure all company's operations are legally compliant;
- Advise teams on GDPR compliance and other day-to-day legal matters;
- Act as a point of contact for legal-related questions.
Required skills
- 2+ years of relevant experience;
- Solid understanding of Ukrainian legal system and business law;
- Experience working with the legislation of foreign countries;
- Knowledge of contract law, civil law, intellectual property law, employment law etc.;
- Master's degree in law;
- English - at least upper-intermediate;
- Understanding of GDPR and other data protection regulations;
- Business flair.
