Legal Counsel will be responsible for providing a full range of legal services at our company (designing regulations and contracts, corporate governing, and providing legal advice to our departments and management).
Recruitment process:
Step 1: Screening interview with a recruiter (30-40 min).
Step 2: Technical interview with Legal Counsel (60-70 min).
Step 3: Interview with COO (60 min).
Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Advising executive members on new laws, existing ones, and legal rights that would impact the functionality of the business.
• Design a wide variety of contracts (NDAs, license agreements, software development agreements, delivery service agreements, insurance agreements, and consulting agreements with our legal entities).
• Design internal and public Company regulations (Terms&Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy).
• Corporate governing (for registration of legal entities and managing the Company’s corporate structure).
• Providing legal advice to all departments and the management in various fields of law as required in day-to-day business.
Qualifications
• Degree in Corporate, International, or Finance Law.
• 5+ years of legal in-house experience.
• Experience with SaaS companies is highly preferable.
• Experience in drafting documents/agreements both in UK/Cyprus/US-style (under Anglo-Saxon law body) and under Continental Law body.
• Hands-on experience with GDPR is highly preferable.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
