Legal Data Assistant

The primary responsibilities of a Legal Data Assistant include is conducting research, assembling legal documents and evidence, and maintaining databases and tracking systems. Skilled at conducting data combing and extracting data from legal dockets, you will organize, assess, and file necessary documents and research and gather related legal information.

Remote, Full-time, Competitive salary - commensurate with experience and skills.

Experience/Specific Requirements:

  • Data Analysis Proficiency: Demonstrated ability or experience combing through large datasets to identify relevant information. Familiarity with spreadsheets is essential.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail is required for accurate data gathering, analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate will exhibit a commitment to precision in all aspects of their work.
  • Language Skills: Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken, is crucial for communicating findings.
  • Full-time/Permanent - 40 hours a week, we are looking for someone who can start immediately
  • Monday - Friday, US 8AM - 5PM Eastern Standard Time work schedule
