The Opportunity

Onfido is looking for a Legal Operations Analyst to join our Legal Operations team based in London. The Legal Operations team forms part of the wider Legal function, composed of Legal, Privacy, Policy and Legal Operations.

You will work closely with the Senior Legal Operations Manager, and the wider Legal team, to streamline the way that Legal interacts with the wider business and vice versa.

The Legal Operations team constantly strives to further increase the reliance on Legal, Privacy and Policy as data-driven, strategic partners to the business.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a data-driven, innovative and talented Legal team, a finalist in the 2022 British Legal Awards in the category of Outstanding Innovation and Collaboration.

As a Legal Operations Analyst at Onfido you will, among other things:

  • Challenge everything and implement scalable processes and solutions
  • Administer and maintain the Onfido Legal Portal (our CLM tool)
  • Coordinate the extraction of key Legal, Privacy and Compliance data points from our contracts into a contract audit database
  • Produce monthly and quarterly reports (including KPI, task management and contractual audit data)
  • Respond to contract data requests from the business
  • Be the first point of contact for all Legal tech and process related matters
  • Chair our weekly All Hands and Commercial Team meetings
  • Work closely with: The Deal Desk team to ensure data integrity across our systems and The Company Operations team to implement changes across Onfido’s commercial ecosystem, which includes our CLM tool.

We’re looking for a Legal Operations Analyst who can display the below skills & experience throughout our interview process:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Organised and methodical
  • Adept at managing a varied workload with competing deadlines
  • Great at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Confident using Google Suite (in particular Google Sheets)
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong team player with a can-do attitude.

Desirable:

  • Legal background
  • Experience using HighQ and / or Salesforce
  • Experience with contract automation
  • Experience working in a fast-growth tech company.
