Main tasks:
- Examine and verify FDA and FTC regulation compliance (check scientific claims, statements, accuracy of references)
- Ensure that advertising statements are not misleading
- Deliver corrections in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Keep up to date with changes in US law and regulations that may impact the company's operations
- Other tasks
Job requirements
- Higher education in Law (could be a final year student)
- 1+ year legal counseling experience
- Demonstrated expertise in FDA and FTC regulation compliance
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills
- Organizational and planning skills
- Strong problem-solving, analytical & interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Proactiveness & ownership
Salary
1200-1600 €/mon. net
Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences.
