Job Description
- Assist in scheduling and managing lifecycle newsletters, ensuring they are sent out at key stages in the customer journey.
- Help in the selection and organization of content for newsletters, tailoring content to different stages of the customer lifecycle.
- Assist in managing our social media platforms, creating engaging content aimed at different customer segments and stages of the customer journey.
- Collaborate with various teams to assist in the production of promotional materials for newsletters and social media campaigns, ensuring materials are relevant to the customer lifecycle stage.
- Help in the creation, storage, and management of digital assets, including images, videos, and other materials used in lifecycle campaigns.
- Conduct regular audits of newsletters and social media campaigns to ensure relevance and effectiveness at different stages of the customer lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Proven experience in acquisition marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and analytics tools
- Excellent communication, project management, and teamwork skills

This position offers a competitive salary of $70k - $90k + bonuses
