About the Role

We seek a skilled Lifecycle Marketing Manager to nurture and guide users as they engage with KOHO. Responsibilities include developing and implementing messaging strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and revenue. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of customer behavior, Braze platform expertise, and utilizes data-driven insights for personalized experiences. As part of our marketing team, you'll collaborate with the Director of Lifecycle Marketing to develop processes, conduct experiments, and optimize funnels. You'll manage email, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS communications using Braze, Stripo, and Segment.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with Product Managers, Data team, and Growth Leads to analyze business and campaign data to identify key drivers, mechanics and associated dependencies for driving conversion, product adoption, and retention
  • Develop technical solutions to build a multi-layered lifecycle strategy, deploying personalized triggered messages and campaigns across channels (email/push/SMS/in-app), collaborating with stakeholders in Marketing, Product/Eng, and Design.
  • Effectively translate analytics into clear insights and actionable recommendations
  • Create and manage communications campaigns that guide the user experience throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Meticulously document, QA, launch, and measure evergreen and experimental campaigns to build a scalable, repeatable process for optimization
  • Articulate program strategy and communicate results to key stakeholders
  • Identify user segments for targeted programs and plan incentive programs to deliver ROI across core servicing, transactional and operational KPIs

Who You Are

  • 4-5 years experience building technically complex marketing automation/CRM programs with an impeccable eye for detail
  • Experience running experiments, successfully executing both short-term and long-term A/B tests
  • B2C experience with multi/omni-channel campaigns across email/push/SMS/in-app
  • Critical thinker and self-starter, who gets scrappy when needed and over-communicates results to stakeholders
  • Experience with Braze, Stripo, and Segment
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Liquid coding languages
  • Someone with a can-do attitude and who can be resourceful when required and come up with innovative solutions

At KOHO, we are dedicated to providing pay transparency to all candidates. Compensation at KOHO is determined through various factors including but not limited to: comparable salary market data within Canada, technical skill assessment, a holistic view of previous work history, and internal pay equity with other KOHO team members.
