About the role

We’re looking to hire a full-time remote Lifecycle Marketing Manager. For this role, your primary focus will be driving customer engagement, retention, and growth for our clients through targeted and personalized marketing strategies. If you have a passion for understanding the customer journey and using insights to improve their experience, this position is for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies to drive customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
  • Experience building customer journey maps and documenting communication touchpoints to ensure consistent and relevant messaging.
  • Analyze customer behavior and segment data to tailor and optimize campaigns across different stages of the customer journey.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive and personalized customer experiences.
  • Design, test, and optimize email campaigns to ensure they resonate with target audiences and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Utilize Hubspot to its fullest potential, integrating its features and tools into our lifecycle marketing strategies.
  • Implement and optimize chatbots within Hubspot to enhance user engagement and automate customer interactions.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in lifecycle marketing to ensure our strategies are innovative and effective.

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in email marketing or lifecycle marketing.
  • Proven experience working with Hubspot.
  • Iterable experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in other marketing automation tools and technologies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A deep understanding of customer segmentation, engagement strategies, and optimization tactics.
  • Full-time availability (40 hours/week).
  • A personal computer with stable internet.
