Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of demand process and analytics for several key HouseCalls clients
  • Add value to the semi-annual forecast process by maintaining full oversight, and future projection, of several client’s key performance indicators (KPI)
  • Drive the development of client specific personalized KPI demand/forecast reporting
  • Engage daily with operational business leaders within the business to align client assumptions & goals with demand, release, and forecast input
  • Utilize team reporting to identify and correct data and system issues
  • Monitor daily results of HouseCalls to provide insight into necessary strategy conversations with Sr. leadership
  • Provide daily ad-hoc reporting and analytics support
  • Connect data to business knowledge to build and advance our analytical and projection capabilities in yet to be seen ways

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a data analysis/reporting environment
  • Experience using SAS, SQL or similar program
  • Demonstrable experience presenting data findings to leadership
  • Intermediate level of Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, complex formulas)

Preferred Qualification:

  • 4+ years degree

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
