We are seeking an energetic IT Manager Business Systems - Finance to accelerate our growth journey. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Global Enterprise Systems, this individual will contribute to support and enhance the global enterprise application footprint. This individual will also be responsible for the operational success, strategic alignment, and integration of activities across the business application footprint with other major organizational functions and key stakeholders. This includes support, development, and expansion of our global enterprise-wide Oracle ERP Cloud system and integrated applications.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Facilitate business and systems analysis discussions and translate findings into clearly defined Business Requirements Documents/Functional Design Documents. Interface with all major business groups.
- Research, design, configure, test, document and manage implementation of system changes. Manage the impact of these changes and their effects across all business segments and locations.
- Manage daily support for legacy ERP Production issue and enhancement projects. Analyze and troubleshooting of application and business issues as needed.
- Act as a liaison between the various business groups and developers to define specifications and interpret system implications. Assists with testing application upgrades and patches to ensure changes are appropriate and working as designed.
- Participate in future system implementations in any or all Brooks facilities, including site preparation and planning, testing, and support. May be assigned to small projects or to phases/portions of larger projects.
- Act as Finance systems IT stakeholder, and partner with Finance business process owners to provide guidance for evaluation of cloud business applications and products to extend/build upon Oracle ERP Cloud platform.
- Collaborate with functional/technical consultants and architects to ensure alignment between Oracle ERP Cloud and overall, Brooks enterprise system landscape/vision
- Design and develop Oracle ERP Cloud functional configurations to defined business requirement.
- Design new Oracle ERP Cloud functional solutions to support new business growth/verticals with proof of concept.
- Incorporate Oracle ERP Cloud business applications best practices into overall multi-cloud platform vision with functional architecture/solution configurations.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or finance related field.
- 10+ years of techno-functional experience with Oracle ERP (Cloud/EBS) Applications.
- Must have 3+ years of functional hands-on design/configuration/subject matter experience in multiple Oracle ERP Financial modules such as GL, SLA, AP, AR, FA, CM, Inter-Company, Financial Orchestration, Treasury, Costing…etc.
- Strong preference with 1-2 yrs. experience in Oracle ERP Cloud financial implementations and or support.
- Excellent knowledge of record to report business process including period-end closing, financial consolidation/reconciliation/reporting, planning & budgeting…etc.
- Working cross-functional knowledge across cloud applications such as Procurement, Inventory Management, Inventory Transfers, Product Data Management, Costing (Actual or Standard – Receipt and Cost Accounting) is desired.
- Strong understanding of transactional flow/configuration dependencies across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay as they relate to accounting/financials.
- Experience setting up new LE’s, Ledgers, Business Units, Multi-Currency…etc. to support multiple countries/international operations is a strong plus.
- Ability to collaborate with finance and accounting stakeholders from a business transformation and process improvement mindset.
- Experience with full software development life cycle (SDLC) – requirements, map/gap, design, build, development, testing, training, cut-over and post go-live support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- One or more Oracle ERP Cloud certifications in Financials or Costing.
- Aptitude for learning other financials applications/systems as required.

Salary Ranges
