The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented FP&A Manager to join our finance team. This is a critical role as our first dedicated FP&A hire, and you will play a pivotal part in shaping our financial planning and analysis processes. You will work closely with Finance leadership team, senior management and various departments to support our strategic goals and drive business growth.
Salary: $125,000 - $165,000
Requirements
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to management.
- Improve ongoing internal reporting cadence and business insight take-aways.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business performance and process improvements.
- Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to senior leadership.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Utilize SQL or similar data analytics tools to extract, manipulate, and analyze financial data.
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Support ad-hoc financial projects and analyses as required.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- Strong attention to detail, bias to action and a mindset to drive rigor and continuous improvement.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with SQL or other data analytics tools is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of process improvement and business partnering.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
