Manager, FP&A

About the Role:
Cyderes is looking for a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to lead our growing FP&A (FP&A) team. Reporting to the Director FP&A, the Manager, FP&A will have exposure to various facets of the organization and lead cross functional projects in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. The successful candidate will leading a team of four analysts, acting as a business partners for stakeholders across the organization to “explain the story behind the numbers”. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company in a rapidly expanding Cybersecurity industry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Business Partners liaising between Finance and departments across the organization to explain “the story behind the numbers”
- Review material, reports, and ad-hoc analysis to be presented to the highest levels of the organization
- Lead meetings to present financial information in a manner clear to non-financial stakeholders
- Provide guidance on execution of ad-hoc analysis to address concerns/queries generated by management
- Lead in the preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts
- Provide guidance and leadership on the creation standard periodic internal reporting across the organization
- Lead the successful execution of special projects within Finance
- Search for opportunities within finance to create efficiencies, improve reporting, incorporate automation/best practices
Requirements:
- 2-3 year of FP&A experience
- CPA designation or MBA
- Self-starter with the ability to lead and keep the team modivated
- High financial acumen with the ability to communicate/present clearly to non-financial information to leadership
- Strong systems insights with prior experience of system implementation/conversion considered an asset
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and driven, ability to challenge the status quo
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment
