We are looking for a Manager II, Business Analysis who will be a key member of the Product Contract Excellence (PCE) Leadership Team responsible for driving strategy and leading a highly effective team in the development and maintenance of commercial lines products. You will collaborate with leaders across the organization focusing on multiple lines of business, act as a thought partner to drive product strategy, leverage innovative approaches to solve complex problems and utilize a strong lens for setting priorities.

In this role you will:

  • Lead, motivate and inspire a team of Product Research Analysts responsible for researching and analyzing product changes, supporting and implementing product updates and regulatory changes across GRS.
  • Ensure team proactively supports and monitors the changing regulatory landscape to identify key risks to our product offerings.
  • Drive new and innovative product enhancements to market, including aligning resources to support growth and profitability improvements.
  • Create a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and supporting process improvement opportunities and providing recommendations to help drive efficiencies and expense savings.
  • Support professional development of your team to maximize their full potential and deliver results.
  • Communicate effectively to a wide variety of audiences at all levels of the organizations.

Qualifications

  • Advanced knowledge of data sources, tools, software applications and business drivers.
  • Advanced knowledge of business operations, policies, procedures, and priorities, to include a strong understanding of the function's value chain and market conditions.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise influence, engage employees; communicate effectively; promote collaboration, team work and change initiatives; and build value for customers through a service orientation, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Displays solid business acumen and integrated thinking.
  • Competencies typically acquired through a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience to include business analysis work and prior experience working in an effective leadership capacity.
