The Role
This role will assist Director of Digital Marketing in evolving all aspects of the Consumer wide and SBG portfolio management strategy and will heavily influence and contribute to new process design, development, and execution.
This person will be responsible for management of a team of analyst that, produce exploratory analysis, reporting, and visualizations to serve the dual purpose of driving decision making and delivering fact-based actionable recommendations.
The Main Responsibilities
- Drive marketing analytics: attribution, campaign measurement, visitor site behavior and reporting.
- Provide timely insights and analytical support to different internal stakeholders to support effective business decision-making
- Optimize the sales funnel by providing insights to identify new sources of demand, improve campaign efficiency, and increase lead conversion rate
- Identify key success indicators and determine best practices for measurement and reporting
- Develop campaign data tracking strategies and implement appropriate tags and UTM parameters
- Track total expense budget actuals and forecast
- Create and automate dashboards, reports, and other data tools to support the goals of the Digital Media team
What We Look For in a Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
- 5-7 years related experience and 2+ years previous manager-level leadership experience preferred
- Proven track record as a top performer within a multi-cultural environment
- Strong Consumer insight background and passion
- Proven initiative and developed strategic perspective, decision-making ability, and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience delivering live presentations to senior management
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with key members of other internal groups
- Strong Microsoft Access, Excel, and PowerPoint skills

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
