Manager, Product - Enterprise
Figma is growing our team of passionate people on a mission to make design accessible to all. Born on the Web, Figma helps entire product teams brainstorm, create, test, and ship better designs, together. From great products to long-lasting companies, we believe that nothing great is made alone—come make with us!
At Figma, the Enterprise team is one half of the Teamwork Pillar, alongside the Collaboration team, whose aim is to help product development teams build great products together efficiently. This team, also known as our Admin group, builds tools and platforms that help company leaders facilitate, protect, and pay for their teams’ great work.
As the Manager of the Enterprise Team, you will lead a group of PMs whose mission is to grow the business through pricing and packaging, scalable billing platforms, and a deep focus on our largest and most complex customers. Your area will be responsible for everything from how our smallest teams all over the globe purchase Figma to how the biggest companies in the world manage their thousands of users. This is a broad scope and it sits at the very center of our rapidly growing business. You will become an expert in how customers purchase and grow with Figma, how we balance user and admin needs, and how our whole product-led growth model works. You will advocate for strategies and solutions that take this business into its next era of growth.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you'll do at Figma:
- Talk to customers and become an expert on how our customers work.
- Along with leadership, help develop and build alignment around product strategy for your area.
- Work with your team to explore new, innovative feature ideas that amaze and delight product teams of all sizes, and fundamentally improve how they build products.
- Coach and support the PMs on your team and level up how the team operates.
- Attract and hire great PMs to Figma.
- Help your team do all the things you’d expect from a PM org, like driving planning and prioritization, defining and tracking key metrics, collaborating on marketing, messaging, positioning, and go-to-market plans
Some projects you could work on:
- Developing a strategy to drive the next generation of growth for Figma in the enterprise
- Developing a new pricing and packaging model that supports the evolution of our product suite
- Standardize and optimize processes and execution in your area and for the pillar
- Support the entire product organization in developing new monetization strategies for their products
We'd love to hear from you if you:
- Have deep user empathy and are able to understand complex product spaces.
- Are a strong cross-functional collaborator, both within the product development organization and with business functions.
- Have a background in building enterprise SaaS products and monetization strategies.
- Love creating the environment for a happy, successful team.
- Are unafraid to do whatever it takes to make your team successful, whether that’s sweating the small details, doing IC work, or going back and forth with execs to find the right way forward.
- Have an affinity for the fast-paced, changing environment of a start-up, a sense of humor and get-it-done personality
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

About Figma
Dylan Field and Evan Wallace co-founded Figma in 2012 with the vision of building tools for designers in the browser. Their goal was to create the first design tool that combined the accessibility of the Web with the functionality of a native app. Today Figma is a platform with tools and spaces to support the entire product development process—idea to design to build—and has simplified collaboration for companies like Microsoft, Uber, and The New York Times to name a few.
At Figma, we celebrate and support our differences. We know employing a team rich in diverse backgrounds, experiences, and opinions allows our employees, products, and community to flourish.
