As the Manager, UX Design, you will drive the vision and execution of user experience design across our cybersecurity products. Your work will shape the product roadmap, focusing on enhancing user satisfaction and security. This is a player coach role where you will be extremely hands on.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute user experience strategies and design principles.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design work with business goals.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Ensure consistency and coherence of design across all platforms and devices.
- Advocate for user-centered design practices within the organization.
- Stay current with industry trends and incorporate best practices into design processes.
- Validate and iterate on design solutions through feedback sessions and testing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in UX design within the cybersecurity domain.
- At least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX design and problem-solving.
- Experience with various design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD).
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to mentor and lead a team of designers.
- Experience in conducting usability testing and user research.

Working Model:
- This role is available as fully home-based and generally would require you to attend on-site meetings only occasionally based on business needs. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
$196,000 - $225,000 a year
For residents of CA, WA, NY, and CO, the pay range for this position is $196,000-$225,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum base salary for this position plus any variable earnings, if applicable to the position. The individual compensation may be dependent on a variety of factors, such as geographic location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and performance.
Should you accept this position, you must consent to and pass a Background Investigation, which includes (subject to country law), extended education, and additional criminal and civil checks.
