We are looking for: 

A part-time temporary Marketing Assistant who will help coordinate promotional activities and engagement communications aligned with our business objectives and brand. This person will support the marketing team in developing promotional content, maintaining existing marketing operations, and implementing growth strategies. This position plays a crucial role in supporting our demand generation efforts, managing events, and coordinating social programs.

What will you be doing as a Marketing Assistant at SimSpace?

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to assist in planning and executing various marketing campaigns and events.
  • Assist with the management of our editorial calendar and marketing campaigns. Organizing timelines, tasks, and deliverables for each campaign to ensure smooth execution.
  • Aid in the creation and preparation of marketing materials, including content, promotional materials, and campaign assets. Help create and update content, following SEO guidelines.
  • Assist in gathering data and compiling reports on key performance metrics for marketing campaigns and contribute ideas for better engagement.
  • Assist in developing presentations or summaries to communicate campaign performance to the team.
  • Collaborate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas in developing and launching digital marketing strategies.

What are the qualifications to apply? To be successful as a Marketing Assistant, you need: 

  • Currently enrolled in or graduated from an undergraduate program with a focus on Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and various social media platforms.
  • Demonstrates both creative and analytical thinking skills.
  • Enthusiastic about learning and adapting to new tools and technologies.
  • Previous experience in consumer marketing and social media management is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools and familiarity with marketing platforms is a plus.

We provide the following compensation:

  • Hourly Rate: $18.00 - $20.00
  • Part-time flexible hours
