Cision is looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join the Marketing Operations team, supporting our global Marketing organization. This role will support Marketing campaign enablement and lead processes. They will report into the Global Director of Marketing Automation.

Responsibilities

  • Support campaign initiatives across various Marketing functions by:
  • Providing consultative support for Eloqua campaign builds, email creation, tracking parameters, webinar setup, and Insight reporting
  • Aligning on audience criteria and building segments / lists accordingly
  • Creating Eloqua forms and associated Salesforce tracking campaigns
  • Support day to day lead management operations by:
  • Monitoring for and troubleshooting lead creation issues ensuring leads are seamlessly handed off to Sales
  • Managing LeanData round robins and routing updates as requested
  • Supporting lead SLA and performance tracking
  • Perform recurring and ad hoc list pulls / uploads in support of Marketing campaign initiatives and lead processes
  • Participate in requirements documentation, technical setup, and testing for large scale Marketing Automation initiatives
  • Ensure quality and security of customer / prospect data within the Eloqua platform by following data governance guidelines, actively raising concerns, and participating in addressing any data gaps
  • Stay abreast of new Eloqua and marketing technology developments. Make recommendations to improve the effectiveness of the Eloqua platform and our overallMarTech stack.

Qualfiications

  • Minimum of 2+ years of Eloqua administrative level experience, Eloqua Luminary/Masters Certification is a plus
  • Minimum of 1+ years of using Salesforce in relation to Eloqua or other marketing automation platform
  • Must have experience with basic Excel functionality and formulas typically used for data transformation and manipulation
  • Comfortable with creating and presenting on marketing automation related topics, including training and enablement for users
  • General understanding of the SaaS business model and B2B Marketing funnel
