The Growth Marketing team is looking for a creative and hardworking Marketing Campaign Manager to build integrated campaigns, own an ABM strategy, drive qualified leads, and deliver revenue across multiple brands. Our ideal candidate is a data-driven marketing professional with prior experience developing cross-functional strategies to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale marketing campaigns ranging from hyper-personalized to programmatic that can support our enterprise and strategic customer strategies.
  • Work with Sales and BDR teams to research, develop, implement, and measure account-based strategies to increase reach and efficacy of programs.
  • Collaborate across Marketing, Product, Sales and Customer Success on account identification and segmentation to ensure we are targeting the ideal prospects.
  • Support a scalable program for identifying and engaging enterprise accounts in our self-serve product.
  • Partner with events, product marketing and content teams to create and coordinate engaging touch points across your campaigns.
  • Measure, analyze and report your impact on key business metrics to leadership.
  • Find opportunities for improved performance and influence prospective mid-market and enterprise customers towards specific buyer journeys.

Requirements

  • 5+ years on a growth or demand generation team in B2B SaaS, with an emphasis on sourcing and progressing pipeline for enterprise sales teams.
  • Phenomenal collaborator who can bridge the gap between multiple marketing and sales teams.
  • Experience using ABM engagement metrics to guide 'best next steps' across myriad programs and tactics.
  • Power user of 6sense or a similar ABM platform.
  • Skilled at both ad and email copy to get a campaign going.
  • Comfortable working with a distributed team that spans multiple regions and time zones.
  • Has a sense of humor!

The annual starting salary for this position is between $88,000 - 115,500. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.
