Marketing Campaigns Manager
Description
We are looking for a Marketing Campaigns Manager with a track record of strategizing, executing and optimizing data-driven demand generation campaigns to achieve marketing pipeline and revenue goals for the acquisition, expansion, and retention of prospects and customers.
As the Marketing Campaigns Manager, you will be responsible for developing and deploying integrated marketing campaigns, including crafting strategy, content development, aligning internal teams, developing audience segments, building nurture systems, campaign execution, owning full-funnel events, and analyzing and measuring results.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop campaign content and messaging for the customer journey, and determine the proper channels for deployment
- Strategize, execute, and optimize a data-driven demand generation campaign strategy to drive MRR goals for our defined market segment
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve effectiveness and efficiency of automating our campaigns within our marketing automation platform (HubSpot).
- Apply an experimentation mindset to marketing campaigns to drive, test, learn, and optimize
- Continuously conduct A/B testing across all channels
- Collaborate with marketing team to build prescriptive persona-based buyer journeys as the foundation for campaign strategy
- Work cross-collaboratively with other departments to ensure proper messaging, timing, and execution of multi-channel customer campaigns
- Align with Demand Gen/Sales on results of top funnel campaigns, gain anecdotal feedback, and generate ideas for campaign optimizations
- Identify, set up, deploy and monitor marketing automation and email nurturing strategies to engage and convert prospects and customers across the buyer journey
- Provide ongoing reporting, campaign insights and pacing toward campaign goals to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or related field
- 5+ years of experience and proven track record in developing multi-channel roadmaps, preferably in SaaS Try/Buy and/or B2B technology
- Deep understanding across all digital marketing channels
- Experience working in a metrics-driven culture to measure tactic and channel impacts
- Ability to understand the finer points of project management while also being able to step in and contribute ideas, content, and guidance within the campaign process
- Experience with marketing automation & CRM software (HubSpot preferred; Customer.io a plus)
- Must be comfortable with reporting and communicating campaign efforts and impact across the organization
- Experience with A/B testing, experiment design, campaign analysis/reporting
- Ability to manage multiple projects with intertwining deadlines while staying focused on the details
- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies
- Highly motivated, resourceful problem-solver with the ability to lead and interact effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent project management, analytical, and decision-making skills
- You have exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills across different audiences
- Impeccable eye for detail
- Exhibit willingness and flexibility to work both independently as well as part of a team

- A competitive base pay: The salary for this role is $130,000 in USD. Every Harvester with the same role expectations receives the same base pay. And we aim to pay at the top of the market (informed by third-party data) for all roles.
