Marketing Effectiveness Manager
Purpose of Position
This role should provide a centralized person in Global marketing who drives forward marketing performance across the website and other online marketing channels through strategic recommendations and insights based on data to inform the marketing team on budget allocation, ROI, successful campaigns and testing moving forward. This role requires someone with proven experience across a range of reporting tools and is confident using these to create reports and present their findings. (Namely but not limited to Google Analytics, Salesfoce, Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, Excel)
Key Tasks
- Responsible for the creation, build and maintenance of the marketing suite of reporting across Excel, Power BI and other reporting tools.
- Responsible for creating the narrative around marketing campaigns, spend and the achieved eGP and ROI to be presented to the wider business.
- Responsible for creating and owning recommendations and insights into the website’s performance, aligned with marketing spend and eGP earned by Awin to focus and improve marketing ROI.
- Presentation of insights and feedback to senior stakeholders and gathering feedback.
- Aligning with internal marketing teams to increase conversion, eGP and ROI of online marketing activity, and events based on data.
- Management and co-ordination of global marketing reporting with the view of creating a single source of truth for marketing ROI.
- Creation of regular reporting templates that can be used by the marketing team where needed, upon request.
- Management of reporting for full campaign feedback.
Skills & Expertise
Professional experience:
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in analytics, insights and business intelligence reporting.
- 3+ years of experience in the digital marketing or marketing technology industries (preferred).
- 4+ years experience using analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI (or similar tools).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Experience in data-driven decision-making.

- Be highly organised, self-motivated and proactive.
- Show strong analytical skills.
- Have strong attention to detail is essential.
- Have a solid understanding of marketing across media channels and audiences, and marketing attribution.
- Be curious and passionate about leading change through data-driven marketing insights.

- Show strong collaboration skills with team members and external and senior stakeholders.
- Fluent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
