This is a remote permanent position for those based in the UK or Ireland.

Role Summary:

As a Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Growth Marketing Lead and the broader Marketing team in executing various marketing initiatives. 

This role is essential to the success of our marketing efforts, and we are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent research and writing skills.

Our go-to-market strategy puts a lot of focus on building a strong CRM to support relationship building with prospects and existing clients. In your role, you will be central to growing, enriching and reporting on the NearForm CRM as well as championing new ways to leverage this key asset. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and data analysis to identify and define target audiences.
  • Update and maintain databases using CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to build target contact lists.
  • Analyze data and generate reports using Hubspot, Excel, and other marketing tools.
  • Compile, distribute, and present marketing ideas, information, and strategies.
  • Create content for email campaigns and ad copy.
  • Support the development and execution of our email marketing strategy.
  • Set up and manage email campaigns, ensuring they are error-free and optimized.
  • Organize and oversee the creation of our monthly newsletter.
  • Implement email outreach campaigns, including multi-step sequences.
  • Create and manage email content, including subject lines, calls to action, and links.
  • Work with various marketing channels and software (HubSpot, MailChimp).
  • Manage LinkedIn Sales Navigator lists and Inmails for new contact outreach.
  • Assist in managing Cognism access and performance.
  • Supporting the broader marketing team across activities when needed 

To be considered for the role of Marketing Executive, you should have:

  • 2+ years Experience with email marketing software, including HubSpot and MailChimp.
  • 1 years experience of content management systems such as WordPress.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional research and writing skills, especially in a marketing context.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, preferably for software services

Preferred skills for this role include:

  • Basic knowledge of Cognism or Apollo.
  • Ability to work with various marketing channels.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and report generation.
  • Experience with web traffic analytics tools.
