Marketing Manager
Our Fortune 100 professional services client is looking for a remote (CST hours) Marketing Manager to join their team for a long-term contract. In this role, you will supervise and help create various advertising or merchandising sales campaigns to sell the business and its products.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating, recommending and implementing marketing programs and campaigns for products and services of the organization
- Incorporate a variety of input from creative, research, advertising, and sales teams when creating/implementing marketing campaigns
- May devise the entirety of some marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with product managers to implement new and modified programs and initiatives
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing programs in order to guide current and future strategies
- Assist in developing market research studies and analyze their findings
- Plan and develop strategy, including defining the goals and timeline for projects
- Develop project plans and facilitate resolution of all issues to reach project goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing or relevant discipline
- 6+ years of marketing experience, creating and implementing marketing campaigns within a professional services organization
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
- Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
- A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Able to interpret data to weave together a narrative; will utilize PowerPoint to breakdown data for stakeholders
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and project management skills; ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong critical and strategic thinking skills, strong operational mindset
- Ability to ensure projects are delivered on point, on budget, and on strategy
- Ability to craft strong, compelling stories
