Role Description: Marketing Manager – North America

Role Purpose:

The Marketing Manager – North America will support the Director of Marketing, North America to drive demand, revenue growth and customer expansion in the North America region. In this role you will be integral in measuring and reporting on Wasabi’s marketing programs for North America and partnering with our global marketing organization to drive the funnel to meet regional objectives.  

This role focuses on driving marketing campaigns for the benefit of the North America Sales and Channel teams by utilizing a marketing mix of traditional, digital, and social media tactics that build brand awareness, generate revenue opportunities, and accelerate existing opportunities through the sales cycle. Key initiatives include working collaboratively with the growth marketing organization to nurture leads and track KPIs from NA campaigns, webinars, and events.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver marketing programs in partnership with sales, channel and marketing leadership to drive awareness, engagement and adoption. 
  • Execute marketing programs using the right mix of digital and field marketing activities. 
  • Work with global marketing team to implement product and solution campaigns at the regional level.
  • Track KPIs as related to regional funnel objectives, and optimize a multi-channel marketing program to support net new customer acquisition, as well as expansion in our current customer base.
  • Work closely with BDR and inside sales teams for closed loop sales follow up on all campaigns.
  • Communicate with leadership and key stakeholders to ensure ongoing alignment.
  • Collaborate to develop the appropriate marketing metrics to assess ROI of our marketing efforts and publish program updates and metrics to share performance trends and insights.
  • Must understand all marketing channels; digital, field, communications, partner, social and lead funnel management.  

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B Marketing in technology company, SaaS or cloud services experience a plus.
  • Expertise in understanding data, reporting and tracking ROI.
  • Self starter with an ability to work in a fast paced high growth environment.
  • Comfortable collaborating with sales and operations organizations to deliver reporting dashboards and track regional success.
