Marketing Manager, B2C

As a marketplace, Wonolo has two sides – demand, which acquires and grows companies needing workers (“Requestors”), and supply, which acquires and grows workers needing jobs (“Wonoloers”).
We are looking for a seasoned Marketing Manager that is user-obsessed and data-driven. You'll understand our ideal consumer profiles and target markets to help execute engaging campaigns that illustrate our unique value propositions. In this role, you will actively support full lifecycle campaigns across multiple channels, with a strong focus on testing.
Our marketing team prides itself on executing quickly, thinking proactively, and identifying gaps to optimize our performance. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of B2C Marketing, you'll be part of a fast-growing marketing team that works closely with Product, Marketplace, and Operations teams on cross-functional projects. What you'll do:
- Build and execute B2C user acquisition strategy across paid channels (e.g., paid social, paid search) to accelerate marketing-sourced revenue and achieve business goals
- Be responsible for the day-to-day execution, optimization, and reporting of paid campaigns on the full downstream impact in terms of pipeline, revenue generated, and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
- Execute marketing campaigns to support the entire user journey across all organic and paid channels (e.g. emails, SMS, in-app, paid social, push notifications, etc.), with a strong focus on email.
- Translate and present campaign performance metrics into actionable optimizations and leverage A/B testing to assess and enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including but not limited to Product, Marketplace, Operations, and Sales to achieve key business objectives
- Monitor campaign performance trends, analyze & share results, and make optimization adjustments to meet team KPIs
- Help ideate, draft, and create additional messaging & marketing collateral for all marketing channels
Who you are:
- 5+ years of B2C marketing experience related to acquisition/growth, and lifecycle marketing
- Obsessed with a user-first strategy and understanding their needs to drive engaging marketing campaigns.
- Ruthlessly able to prioritize, communicate, and navigate stakeholder requests while maintaining strong cross-functional relationships
- Consistent track record of driving results through hands-on management of paid channels like SEM, display, paid social, or offline media
- Heavy quantitative focus, with a good understanding of OKRs, web analytics, tracking, tag management, and testing methodologies
- Experience using and building reports in Excel or Google Sheets, Looker or Tableau, and Google Analytics
- Can effectively convey updates, learnings, and recommendations to key stakeholders and functional leadership
- Motivated, scrappy self-starter that gets the job done and is eager to learn new skills.
- Enjoy learning new technologies, products, and systems quickly
- A self-starter energized by collaborating in a fast-paced environment and taking the initiative with limited resources
- You stay on top of Marketing and Advertising tech, trends, and news
- You exercise judgment in selecting methods, evaluating, and adapting of complex techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
- You demonstrate a substantial commitment to advancing representation and inclusion

Pay Range:
- The expected pay range for this position is $109,500-133,000/year. Please note that individual total compensation for this position will be determined at the Company's sole discretion and may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to, location, skill level, and years and depth of relevant experience. Additionally, this role is currently eligible to participate in Wonolo’s equity plan as well as a range of health and wellbeing, retirement savings, and other benefits within a holistic total rewards offering.
