Marketing Manager, EMEA & APAC
JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Purpose:
As part of the global marketing team and reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, the Marketing Manager EMEA & APAC, will manage marketing and be responsible for driving demand through multiple channels for the two regions. They will work on content marketing, webinar development, social media strategy, advertising strategy, partnerships, and support with regional events where needed. They will develop programs that are aligned with business objectives and enable effective delivery and execution of marketing tactics that enhance and grow the company’s reputation among key stakeholders. This person will ensure all activities are aligned with regional and global priorities and partner with assigned business functions and managers to ensure all are successful.
Responsibilities:
- Research and analyse market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
- Work with demand generation team and broaded marketing team to develop detailed marketing plans for the EMEA & APAC region
- Works with the marketing team and creative teams to create promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects
- Support with the overarching editorial calendar and social media strategy
- Assist in the creation and management of project plans for various marketing activities
- Maintain email lists for internal and external communications
- Develop content and work with partners and internal subject matter experts to drive lead generation across all channels
- Assist in the maintenance of the budget tracker for all marketing initiatives
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
- Oversee current offerings and come up with efforts for new marketing initiatives
- Communicate with various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition
- Tracks all marketing and sales data and works with marketing dashboards to ensure global marketing KPIs meet monthly goals
- Adjusts marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent relevant business knowledge
- Strong experience with marketing strategy, working with the media, maintaining client relationships
- Demonstrated strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management skills
- Experience managing B2B social media channels or similar experience
- Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion in handling confidential information
- Demonstrated excellence in preparing clear and concise written business communications for all types and levels of audiences
- Must possess excellent time and project management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence and communicate with all levels of management and employees
- Strong customer-focus orientation
- Ideally, the candidate has similar work-related experience, preferably including roles within a corporate and an agency setting, with demonstrated proficiency related to the position.
- Specific experience in technology, SaaS and a digital marketing company is preferred
- Experience within the hospitality technology field is a plus
- Experience with Salesforce and Pardot a plus

Work Environment:
This job operates in a remote environment.
Travel:
This position may require up to 15% of travel. Travel may be overnight and outside of regular business hours.
