Marketing Manager, Provider

The Marketing Manager, Provider, will plan and implement innovative and successful marketing strategies to facilitate engagements with marketing leaders within hospitals and health systems. The individual in this role will be responsible for developing a vertical-specific marketing strategy aligned to business, sales and product goals that integrates message, content, tactics, and channels, and is tailored to the unique needs of hospital marketers. They should be skilled in demand generation, content development, events, and retention marketing. Our ideal candidate is someone with a background in B2B healthcare marketing and demonstrated success in enabling sales teams and positively impacting business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute all inbound and outbound marketing activities for Provider: strategy, thought leadership and content, campaigns and channel tactics, product marketing, and sales support and enablement.
  • Own the identification, development, review, trafficking and execution of Provider content, in collaboration with subject matter experts and sales leadership. Assets include but are not limited to: eBooks, blogs, fact sheets, client presentations, POV papers, client guides, etc.
  • Partner with the Digital Enablement COE Marketing Lead to seek out and identify current topics and new ideas specific to the Provider audience; using this research, plan and execute thought leadership assets.
  • Own the identification, management and execution of Provider conferences and speaking sessions.
  • Partner with the Provider Commercial Strategy Lead to define Provider positioning and key messages; market research; and competitive intelligence to ensure product superiority and customer satisfaction.
  • Establish regular channel reporting and analysis that will uncover insights and drive recommendations that enable continuous program optimization.
  • Collaborate and partner with the marketing team on projects as needed.
  • May provide input into business cases regarding the definition of new offerings and product extensions.
  • May mentor less experienced colleagues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 5-7 years’ relevant experience; experience marketing within the healthcare industry required.
  • Outstanding writing and editing skills with ability to write for different audiences, using different formats and channels
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to operate effectively with multiple priorities and ability to deal with ambiguity
  • Ability to work, collaborate and integrate with team members located in different geographic locations
  • This position can sit remotely
