About the Role
We are looking for a resourceful and organized Marketing Operation Specialist to join our marketing team! You will work closely with the marketing and operations teams to execute against campaigns and initiatives that align with demand generation objectives.
If you’re constantly experimenting, using data to optimize campaigns, finding new ways to engage and qualify leads, and have a strong passion for marketing automation and all things MarTech, you´re the ideal candidate!
Key Responsibilities
- Working with members of the marketing team to plan and execute all email marketing campaigns focused on driving lead generation, conversion, customer retention, and brand awareness;
- Analyzing email campaign performance against KPIs, suggesting improvements, setting up automation, personalization, and testing focused on continuous improvement with regular reporting;
- Ensuring that data from integrated marketing programs flows accurately into Salesforce, set criteria to qualify leads, creating salesforce campaigns, and building appropriate workflows to fill our sales pipeline with highly qualified leads;
- Supporting the ongoing efforts of marketing automation best practices: database health and quality, lead list creation, programs, forms, and system assets for accurate, integrated reporting;
- Supporting marketing team members within other marketing channels and tactics such as Chat Bots, web forms, landing pages, virtual events, and webinars;
- Managing & optimizing an email calendar, building workflows across systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field;
- 2-3 years experience in a professional marketing department using Marketing Automation (preferable HubSpot) and CRM (preferably Salesforce);
- Strong technical aptitude and an ability to learn new tools quickly and self-sufficiently;
- Experience building, testing and reporting on email campaigns, and basic knowledge of HTML;
- Experience working with non-profit organizations;
- Experience working in SaaS / tech based companies;
- Experience working with US based companies.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and collaborative environment
