We are looking for a motivated and experienced Marketing Operations Manager to join our team! As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of our marketing campaigns and ensuring that all marketing activities are in line with our company’s mission and standards. You will also oversee the company’s website updates, maintenance and performance.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with a team of marketing professionals to execute campaigns including promotional programs, digital communications, CRM and sales support.
  • Oversee all aspects of marketing department operations, delivering regular reports to C-level leadership.
  • Assist with analyzing data and determining actions to optimize website and email marketing performance.
  • Manage and maintain end to end lead processes from intake, build, processing, quality assurance and routing across Lead Management tools as well as CRMs.
  • Drive the strategy and own the maintenance of our marketing tech stack, establishing and improving the scalability of processes that work and re-building processes that don’t
  • Enhance marketing automation understanding across the business, with emphasis on lead nurturing, lead prioritization, lead routing, and drive optimal funnel stage progression.
  • Review web page design, content and functionality for clarity, consistency, and ease of use.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior to make recommendations impacting overall web strategy.
  • Own the accuracy of data, tagging, and testing across all our marketing technology platforms
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, design, legal, content strategy, IT, and marketing; oversee outside agencies.
  • Regularly maintain and manage updates to the websites, intranet, and extranet.
  • Ensure all campaign risk and governance procedures are followed, including reviews and engagement by stakeholders, legal, risk, and brand.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or sciences and/or 3-5 years of marketing, business, communications, public relations, or a similar field.
  • Digital marketing background preferred.
  • It is important to have a strong understanding of general business operations.

Skills:

  • Detail-oriented, analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Solid knowledge of how to leverage events, sponsorships, social, digital, comms, and PR within omni-channel campaign development.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot, Pardot and WordPress.
  • Able to work with cross-functional teams to develop marketing goals and evaluate results.
  • Excellent communication skills, project management efficacy highly organized, results oriented, and able to take initiative and lead projects.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team; ability to manage multiple projects and staff, including freelancers and vendors. Project management software experience is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment and effective strategies for doing so
