As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining and optimizing our processes using our marketing automation tools and systems. You'll be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, reporting on key metrics, and supporting our marketing, growth, and operations teams in achieving their goals.
Responsibilities
- As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in executing and optimizing our marketing campaigns using Klaviyo and other marketing tools.
- Develop and maintain marketing emails, workflows, sequences, landing pages, and templates.
- Data Analysis and Reporting.
- Help regular reports and dashboards to provide insights to the marketing, customers success, sales, operations, and leadership teams.
- Implement best practices for lead management, nurturing, and scoring.
- Evaluate and recommend new marketing technologies to enhance capabilities.
- Act as a subject matter expert on marketing platforms and operations.
Qualifications
- Extremely high degree of business acumen to work with business peers and technology competency to build and optimize marketing technology.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in marketing operations or related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience with marketing automation tools (such as HubSpot).
- Subject matter expertise with tools for email (like HubSpot), text automation (like Klaviyo) web optimization metrics, lead routing, and attribution and analytics.
- Deep knowledge of enabling and overseeing marketing automation from start to finish.
- Deep analytical skills with an understanding of how to interpret, formulate and present actionable data, including setting metrics for individual and company-wide initiatives.
