Marketing Operations Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

Teikametrics is seeking a skilled and dynamic Marketing Operations Manager to join our GTM (Go-To-Market)/ Revenue Operations Team. This role will drive operational excellence both within our marketing department and cross-functionally. As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and initiatives.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME

1- Marketing Analytics and Reporting

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing data to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize marketing efforts
  • Generate regular reports on marketing performance, including campaign ROI, lead generation, customer acquisition, and engagement metrics
  • Present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management to inform marketing strategies and decision-making

2- Marketing Strategy and Planning

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns that align with Teikametrics' business goals and objectives
  • Assist in defining target audience segments and conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights
  • Provide strategic recommendations to optimize marketing activities and enhance overall campaign performance

3- Marketing Automation and Systems

  • Oversee the implementation, management, and optimization of marketing automation systems, such as CRM, email marketing, and analytics platforms
  • Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to the marketing team
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by establishing data governance processes and performing regular data hygiene activities

4- Campaign Management and Execution 

  • Coordinate end-to-end campaign management processes, including campaign setup, segmentation, scheduling, and tracking
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and digital marketing, to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of marketing campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and implement optimization strategies to improve conversion rates and overall campaign effectiveness

5- Process Improvement and Team Collaboration

  • Continuously evaluate and improve marketing operations processes, workflows, and tools to drive efficiency, scalability, and alignment with industry best practices
  • Foster strong collaboration and communication within the marketing team and other departments, promoting cross-functional synergy and knowledge sharing
  • Provide guidance and training to team members on marketing operations processes, tools, and systems to ensure effective execution and optimization of marketing initiatives

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or a similar role within a fast-paced, data-driven marketing environment
  • Proficient in marketing automation systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex marketing data to drive actionable insights
  • Experience at a company with $50 million + ARR
