Marketing Operations Manager

Our Marketing Operations Manager will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, focusing on execution, technology utilization, data management, and process optimization. You will oversee day-to-day operations of several marketing platforms and will execute programs that drive business growth.

You will own all aspects of Unanet’s account-based marketing and conversational marketing platforms, bringing ABM strategies to life using platform-specific automation, workflows, reporting, and operational best practice. Your influence will be seen through ABM campaigns that drive pipeline.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage all aspects of Unanet’s ABM and conversational marketing platforms, including maintenance, optimization, future integrations, user management, continued training and enablement, and reporting
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to develop and deploy multi-channel ABM campaigns including: collaborating on strategy, list building, creative management, operational readiness, aligning internal teams, and managing overall execution
  • Leverage data-driven strategies and analysis to continuously optimize performance across our MarTech platforms and ABM campaigns, utilizing industry best practices to achieve revenue goals and support changing business needs
  • Partner closely with Business Development and Sales teams to ensure strong Marketing and Sales alignment across ABM strategies and MarTech platforms
  • Support Marketing Operations team with lead routing from third party events and webinars
  • Support and field requests from Marketing Campaign Managers in operationalizing their demand generation and integrated campaign execution and reporting including operational strategic planning, technology and workflow
  • Provide ongoing Operations support for events and webinars
  • Perform regular data hygiene and management, ensuring standardization and data integrity
  • Help optimize Funnel View and ROI reporting
  • Ad hoc projects as assigned

Your First 90 Days

In your First 30 Days, Tools and People. With the support of our Marketing and Business Operations teams, you will familiarize yourself with our MarTech stack. You will review our configurations, workflows, data and integrations and get acquainted with our team and existing processes.

In your First 60 Days, Platform Management. You will begin to take on a driving administrator role for our ABM intelligence tools and our conversational marketing platform, as well as day-to-day marketing operations efforts. You will partner with the Senior Marketing Operations & ABM Director and our Business Operations team to ensure data flows correctly and alerts our Sales team accordingly.

In Your First 90 Days, ABM Strategy and Campaign Support. You will begin to support ABM strategy and campaign execution. You will have a robust understanding of our people and processes as well as work with our internal stakeholders to support their business needs and initiatives.

Who You Are 

  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B software, marketing operations (preferred) or sales operations
  • Advanced administrator level proficiency with MarTech platforms and management, data manipulation and reporting 
  • Account Based Marketing platform management and campaign development and execution
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high standards for precision and quality assurance
  • Understanding of prospect and customer buying journeys
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Strong analytical skills and experience tracking campaign performance ensuring alignment with company KPIs and objectives
  • Strong project management skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

The salary range for this opportunity is $92,000 - $105,000 per year. You will be eligible for employee equity as well as discretionary bonus compensation, subject to plans that may be in effect from time to time.
