POSITION SUMMARY:

Broadvoice is looking for an experienced Marketing Operations Specialist to join our growing team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for the planning, development, and end-to-end execution of all Broadvoice email and webinar programs.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

• Email and SMS Campaign Management – Creating and managing all aspects of global email and SMS end-to-end from build to deployment for campaigns and automated journey communications. Assisting with customer onboarding email updates, transactional customer communications, and sales communication sequences. Incorporating email best practices and personalization to achieve business objectives.

• Webinar Program Ownership – Creating and managing all aspects of company webinars end-to-end from Livestorm platform setup to production. Assist with webinar topics, presentation creation, and promotional efforts. Incorporating webinar best practices and leveraging data insights to achieve business objectives.

• Data - Managing and cleaning the customer and partner database and lists to ensure accurate audience segmentation and deployment. Monitoring and minimizing unsubscribe/bounce/complaint rates and ensuring spam regulation and compliance.

• Analytics – Monitoring, tracking, analyzing, and reporting results of email, SMS, and webinar campaigns with business stakeholders. Constantly reviewing results and A/B testing to determine optimizations for campaign effectiveness and performance.

• Process – Tracking email, SMS, and webinar workflows, calendars, and deadlines. Working cross-functionally with appropriate stakeholders on product, customer service/support, and sales teams to plan and execute according to defined marketing efforts and deadlines. Owning the internal review process to ensure all feedback, edits, and approvals are incorporated and managed properly.

• Misc Operations – Assisting with marketing operational tasks as needed, including but not limited to the customer reference program.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

• Project and program management skills with demonstrated examples of end-to-end ownership and delivery of multi-faceted email and webinar marketing programs

• Deep understanding of email, SMS, and webinar marketing best practices, marketing communication channel best practices and changing industry trends

• Knowledge of A/B test strategies and test planning

• A love for building automated journeys and workflows

• Proficient with marketing automation tools/software applications

• Ability to meet deadlines and revenue goals; be able to manage multiple projects at a time

• Experience in multiple facets of email marketing activities including marketing campaigns, newsletters, webinars, and event marketing, etc.

• Hands-on experience with sales and marketing automation systems, particularly Salesforce, HubSpot, Constant Contact and Livestorm

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Data-centric with a passion for optimization based on findings and results

• High attention to detail with a drive for accuracy

• Proven track record of working independently and with sales teams and multiple levels of management
