The role: 

As the Marketing Operations Specialist, your primary responsibility is to execute marketing emails, nurture programs, webinars, and various campaign tactics within scope of marketing operations. You’ll proactively contribute to the creation and upkeep of audience segmentation, lead process workflows, and troubleshoot campaigns to uphold industry best practices. As an Adobe Certified Expert with a Marketo Engage certification, you thrive on diving into integrated marketing technologies and consider yourself proficient across multiple platforms.

You will: 

  • Build and execute marketing programs in Marketo for email campaigns, events, nurture streams, webinars, and operational programs (including list segmentation, setup, and participation in A/B testing and quality assurance processes)
  • Create and maintain segmentation in Marketo to support automated nurture, ABM, and lead scoring initiatives
  • Build and maintain lead processing workflows in Marketo (including scoring models, flows, assignment/routing logic, and sync to Salesforce)
  • Ensure marketing emails adhere to industry best practices/benchmarks, e.g. on deliverability, open rates, and mobile rendering
  • Troubleshoot campaigns, email deliverability, lead flow, and lead scoring
  • Execute updates to landing pages and resources, in tools including Splash, Uberflip, Vidyard, and others

Base compensation: $55,000 - $60,000. Total compensation for this role also includes incentive stock options and benefits. This compensation range may be adjusted based on actual experience.
